Let's jump rope to lose weight




Contrary to what people think, jumping rope is not just a recreational activity for children. It is also practiced by adults. The simplest example is boxing (jumping rope is longer keep the boxers in the ring. Which is why we always see the jump ...) The rope has many advantages: thanks to her and jumping, rhythm cardiovascular is better, venous return is good (less of a problem in the legs ladies!), the body more muscle, it relaxes and stretches his legs AND you lose cellulite. This is not a joke! Tissue "fat" located in the legs, thighs, buttocks and rub disappear. One can practice at any time of the day (even at home when it rains, snow, cold). 15 minutes 3 days a week is enough to find an amazing body ... Furthermore, it is recognized that a half hour of jumping rope is equivalent to one hour of jogging. For those who do not want to leave their homes, they have the solution to their problems. To find a good jump rope, go for the adult model and adjust to your size. To check if it is your size, the string must be stretched a foot above. And then you put in sportswear ... exercises are simple and basic: feet together, running on the spot, arms crossed the opposite direction ... this is not what is missing ... to start, do some jumps every 2 or 3 minutes, while taking in the stomach and rest every 3 minutes or when you feel better. Do not forget to breathe ... with time and training, increase the speed slowly ...Disadvantages: too sudden attention to efforts! Slowly accustom your body, AND no violent movements under pain of tendinitis, falls to the ground. And like any sport practiced, you on some muscle pain is normal, they all work and will disappear in a short time ...

 I started to do this Monday night and honestly, I'm motivated to make every night after my classes (boarding at Carcassonne AFPA). I'm out of breath but I better physically. With the rotten weather this winter, I found a way to do sports on site. I admit I'm a little sore hips, but it will pass very soon ... So for those like me who are motivated to play sports, but do not go running.
